On March 27, 2010 Porter's Battery sponsored an Artillery School near Dover, Tennessee. Those members of the battery that were qualified that day were:

  4. Terry Hulett
  5. Skyler Greenhill
  6. Billy Rubel
  7. Jeff Taylor
  8. Suzanne Watkins
  9. Larry Allsup
  10. Don Horton
  11. Bob Parker
  12. Richard Hamblen
  13. Sterling Carter
  14. Dennis Bagwell
 
     There were four others who attended and were qualified.  Each of these are now qualified through the National Civil War Artillery Association (NCWAA).
